DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION (New York, NY). Job Path is seeking a proactive, collaborative finance professional to work closely with its senior management team to achieve short and long-term financial and programmatic goals. The successful candidate will provide thoughtful fiscal leadership and maintain the integrity of the financial function. Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the senior management team and treasurer of the board of trustees, build/supervise the appropriate financial/IT/office management functions for optimal day-to-day operations
Identify organizational financial goals, connect to and align with programmatic goals
Manage annual budget process; prepare and analyze monthly budget to actual results; present to board a full-year forecast on a quarterly basis
Manage annual audit process to produce financial statements on a timely basis
Maintain the General Ledger and producing relevant reports including the NYS Consolicated Fiscal Report on a timely basis
Oversee timely and compliant billing for Medicaid services and grants/contracts
Manage cash flow; monthly tracking of billing against accounts receivable
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Four to six years experience in a senior financial position, preferably in a nonprofit organization. MBA/MPA and/or CPA preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid funding, NYS CFR and Fund EZ.

DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS (Schenectady, NY - Parent to Parent of NYS). A newly created role at Parent to Parent of NYS, the Director of Programs will provide strategic leadership as a member of the organization's Management Team, leading Parent to Parent's program development. The Director of Programs ensures staff have the support, resources, information and training to carry out their programmatic responsibilities. This is an exempt position reporting to the Executive Director. The Director of Programs is a 20 hours/week position to start, leading to full-time.
